Ada is built in Nairobi and abides by Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. This page explains, plainly, what we collect on this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect your name, work email, optional company name, the time you'd like to meet, and any notes you share. Nothing else from this page is recorded.
Why we collect it
To send you a calendar invite, run the demo, and follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Booking details are processed by our team's Microsoft 365 mailbox and calendar. If you ask us to delete your data, we will — write to team@ada-finances.com and we'll act within 14 days.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner is the regulator if you ever need to escalate.
